This is a high-ownership, performance-driven role. We are looking for someone who can take responsibility for marketing, growth, ROAS, profitability, and business outcomes — not just execute campaigns.
Minimum 2 years of relevant hands-on experience is mandatory. Candidates without the required experience or with limited exposure to Google Ads, Meta Ads, analytics, and performance marketing should not apply.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
● Lead Generation: Plan, execute, and optimize lead generation campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads to generate high-quality and relevant leads.
● Campaign Management: Manage and optimize campaigns based on CPL, lead quality, conversion rate, CAC, and overall campaign performance.
● Creative Strategy:



Develop winning creative concepts, hooks, messaging, and testing strategies to improve lead generation and conversion.
● Lead Quality & Conversion: Work closely with the sales team to monitor lead quality, identify gaps, and improve lead-to-conversion performance.
● Analytics & Reporting: Track CPL, CAC, lead volume, lead quality, conversion rates, revenue, and funnel performance.
● Budget Management: Manage marketing budgets effectively with a strong focus on cost-productive and scalable lead acquisition.
● Funnel Optimization: Identify opportunities across the complete lead generation and sales funnel to improve conversion and reduce acquisition costs.
● SEO & Organic Lead Generation: Support strategies to increase qualified organic traffic and generate relevant leads through SEO and other organic channels.
