About the Wedding Gift Box Initiative
The Wedding Gift Box (WGB) initiative brings together partner brands to offer exclusive advantages to soon-to-be-married customers across wedding shopping, travel and related needs. Through doorstep delivery and customer engagement, the initiative also connects customers with WedAssist services.
About the Role
We are looking for an energetic, detail-oriented Operations Manager to manage end-to-end fulfilment, logistics and operational support for partner-brand monetisation across the Wedding Gift Box programme.
The role carries accountability for city-level team performance, delivery turnaround times, inventory availability and generating WedAssist leads through gift box deliveries.



You will oversee the journey from stockroom to customer doorstep and onward to WedAssist engagement across all operational cities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Operations and Logistics Planning
• Plan and execute city-wide gift box deliveries based on daily customer consent lists.
• Ensure strict adherence to agreed delivery turnaround times (TAT).
• Maintain clean storage facilities and proper handling standards for all physical inventory.

2. Team Recruitment, Training and Leadership
• Recruit, train and manage City Team Leaders / Assistant Managers, with one position per operational city.
• Hire, train and upskill telecallers and delivery associates.
• Drive city-level team performance and delivery productivity.
• Ensure delivery teams introduce and pitch WedAssist services immediately after successful gift box deliveries.

3. Inventory and Supply Chain Control
• Track daily stock levels of gift box contents and physical brand coupons.
