About the Role
We are looking for a Manager / Senior Manager to join our Financial Services Control Assurance practice, working with leading Banking, NBFC, Insurance, Asset Management and FinTech organisations.
This is a client-facing role with significant ownership, combining Operational Controls, Regulatory Advisory, Process Transformation and Risk & Controls. The individual will work closely with senior client stakeholders and internal specialists to help organisations strengthen their control environment, respond to regulatory expectations and transform risk and control processes.
The role offers the chance to work across multiple financial services businesses and emerging business models, while developing deep expertise at the intersection of business processes, regulation, technology and controls.
What You Will Do
Lead and deliver high-impact engagements
• Lead multiple advisory and controls engagements across the Financial Services sector.
• Own engagements end-to-end — from scoping and planning through execution, quality review and client delivery.
• Deliver assignments covering:
• Operational and business process controls
• Regulatory and compliance reviews
• Controls framework design and transformation
• Policy and procedure reviews
• Process and risk advisory
• Internal control and governance assessments
• Translate regulatory requirements and business risks into practical, sustainable control solutions.
Work closely with clients
• Develop trusted relationships with client stakeholders across Risk, Compliance, Internal Audit, Operations, Finance, Technology and Business functions.
• Understand complex business processes and identify opportunities to improve control effectiveness, efficiency and resilience.
