As our HR Intern, you will serve as the core execution engine for our human capital and talent architecture during our most critical launch phase. This is not a traditional corporate HR role focused on paper-pushing. You will work directly with the founding team to source, attract, and onboard elite AI talent, while actively shaping the culture of a rapid-scaled startup.
Your core objective is to ensure absolute operational speed and strategic cohesion as we build out our core team of builders.

Talent Scouting & Outbound Strategy: Conduct deep-dive talent mapping across top tech ecosystems, specifically targeting elite engineering and commercial AI talent. Draft hyper-tailored outreach blueprints to hook high-agency builders.
???-??-??? ??????????? ??????????: Own the candidate pipeline mechanics. Manage high-context scheduling, coordinate interviews, track operational analytics, and act as the project management layer for unowned hiring workflows.
