HR Cum Marketing Intern

HiCube Designs is looking for an enthusiastic and responsible HR Cum Marketing Intern to support our HR, recruitment, marketing, and social media activities. The intern will assist with recruitment and candidate coordination, CV screening, interview scheduling and follow-ups, employee records, onboarding and offboarding, and day-to-day office administration. The role will also involve managing the company’s social media presence, supporting marketing activities, coordinating promotional initiatives, and maintaining regular online engagement. This is a paid internship, and a stipend will be provided during the internship period.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist with recruitment and hiring activities, screen CVs, schedule interviews and follow up with candidates, maintain employee and candidate records,



support onboarding and offboarding processes, assist with attendance and leave management, handle day-to-day administrative tasks, support marketing initiatives, manage social media pages, plan and coordinate social media posts, maintain regular updates and engagement, and assist with other marketing and HR-related activities as required.

Requirements:
Good communication skills with strong spoken and written English, confidence in communicating with candidates and clients, good organisational and interpersonal skills, willingness to learn, and an interest in HR, marketing, recruitment, and social media management. Freshers and recent graduates are welcome to apply.
