Role Description The Head – Video Content will lead the end-to-end strategy, creation, and management of video content across Careers360’s platforms. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. Responsibilities include defining the video content vision, planning content calendars, and overseeing scripting, production, and post-production for educational and career-focused video series.



The role involves guiding and mentoring a video content team, collaborating with product, marketing, and editorial stakeholders, and ensuring consistency of brand voice and quality. The Head – Video Content will analyze performance metrics, optimize content based on audience insights, and drive innovation in video formats to increase reach and engagement among students.
Qualifications
• Solid content strategy and content development skills, with experience designing video-first content plans for digital platforms.
• Proficiency in writing and editorial skills, including scripting for video, storyboarding, and maintaining a clear, engaging narrative style.
• Experience in content management, including workflow design, content calendars, and coordination across production, marketing, and product teams.
