Role Description The Project Coordinator/Assistant Manager – Retail Fit Out & Facilities is a full-time, on-site role based in Saket. This role oversees retail store fit-outs, refurbishments, and facilities upkeep, ensuring that outlets meet brand standards, safety requirements, and operational needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with contractors and vendors, tracking project timelines and budgets, supervising installation and maintenance activities, and preparing regular status reports.



The role also involves managing facility-related service requests, ensuring timely resolution of issues, and supporting store teams with layout optimization, signage, and visual standards. The Project Coordinator/Assistant Manager will collaborate closely with operations, retail, and design teams to deliver functional and visually appealing store environments.

Working Days : Monday - Saturday
Working Hours: 11am-8pm

Qualifications
• Experience in project coordination or assistant management for retail fit-outs, interiors, or facilities, preferably within fashion or lifestyle brands.
• Knowledge of basic construction, store infrastructure, and facility management processes, including vendor management and site supervision.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, track progress, and meet deadlines.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skill
