Role Description The Customer Relationship Manager is a full-time, in office role based in the Pune Division. This position is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with retail and small finance customers, understanding their financial needs, and recommending suitable banking and investment products. Day-to-day activities include managing customer portfolios, responding to inquiries, resolving service issues, and ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction.



The role involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, timely follow-ups, and accurate documentation, while promoting cross-selling of relevant bank services. The Customer Relationship Manager is expected to use data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for service improvement and support the bank’s growth objectives in the region.
Qualifications

• Strong customer service and relationship management skills, including the ability to understand customer needs and build long-term trust.
• Sales and cross-selling abilities, with experience in promoting banking products, mutual funds, and other financial services.
• Knowledge of retail banking operations, financial products, and regulatory standards, including familiarity with AMFI guidelines.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in spoken and written English; local language skills for Pune Division
