Role Description The Business Development Manager for International and Domestic markets is a full-time, hybrid role based in Nashik, with flexibility for partial work from home. This position is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing existing client relationships, and driving sales growth in both international and domestic pharmaceutical markets. Day-to-day tasks include market research,



lead generation, preparing and delivering proposals, negotiating commercial terms, and coordinating with internal teams such as production, regulatory, and quality to ensure seamless execution. The role also involves participating in industry events and trade shows, maintaining an updated sales pipeline, tracking performance metrics, and providing regular business reports to leadership. The ideal candidate will proactively develop strategic partnerships, support product registrations in target markets, and contribute to long-term business planning.
