Department: Finance & Accounts (Manufacturing / Plant Finance)

Job Purpose
We are seeking a highly analytical and experienced Costing & Management Accounting qualified to lead cost controlling, variance analysis, product costing, and financial reporting for our Oil Division. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in manufacturing finance, inventory valuation, and SAP FI/CO modules, driving profitability analysis and operational efficiency across the division.

Responsibilities
• Drive standard costing, actual costing, and bill of materials (BOM) evaluations for standard and customized product lines.
• Perform month-end cost closing activities, analyze material usage variances, purchase price variances (PPV), yield losses, and manufacturing overheads
• Manage SAP Controlling (CO) and Profitability Analysis (COPA) modules to generate division-wise, product-wise, and customer-wise profitability reports.
• Lead the annual budgeting and rolling forecast processes for plant operations, overheads, and production costs.
• Prepare executive dashboards, cost sheets,



and monthly management accounting packages using Power BI and Advanced Excel.
• Oversee raw material, WIP, and finished goods inventory valuation, stock audits, and scrap accounting in alignment with accounting standards.

Requirements
• Education: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost & Management Accountant (CMA / ICWA).
• Experience: 4–5 years of post-qualification experience exclusively in Costing, Plant Finance, Management Accounting, or Factory Controlling within a manufacturing environment.
• Industry Focus: Prior experience in Manufacturing, FMCG, Edible Oils, Process Industry, or Heavy Engineering is preferred.

Technical & System Skills:
• Hands-on proficiency in SAP S/4HANA, specifically SAP FI & CO (Cost Element, Cost Center, Product Costing) and COPA.
• Advanced skill level in Microsoft Excel (financial modeling, complex formulas, data manipulation) and Power BI for dashboarding and
