The brief
The Proteinest is a direct-to-consumer nutrition brand on a mission to close India's protein gap. Most Indians assume they get enough protein, but the numbers say otherwise. We make clean pea + rice protein that tastes great and delivers real results, trusted by dietitians, athletes, and busy professionals for its taste, purity, and effectiveness. We're a year into the journey, building a premium brand that stands for honest nutrition, and we're looking for people who want to shape what it becomes next.
We need a designer who can make that trust visible. Your work will be the first thing a stranger sees and the reason they stay.
What you'll own
• Brand identity: Evolve our visual language (type, colour, packaging cues, tone) into a premium, consistent system across every touchpoint.
• Performance creatives: Design high-converting static and carousel ads for Meta and Instagram. You'll work closely with the performance team and iterate weekly on what the data tells you.

• Website and PDP visuals: Product pages, banners, comparison graphics, and education modules that make complex nutrition simple.
• Marketplace content: Amazon A+ content, listing images and infographics that stand out on a crowded shelf.
• Social and founder content: Instagram and LinkedIn visuals, reel covers, thumbnails and quote cards that carry a premium look.
• Packaging and print: Labels, inserts, unboxing collateral and event material.
• Brand guardian: Build templates and a lightweight brand guide so anyone on the team can ship on-brand work rapid.

What we're looking for
• A portfolio that shows taste, not just tools. Premium D2C, health, FMCG, or lifestyle brand work is a big plus.
• Strong command of Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator. Canva for quick-turnaround work.
• Sharp typography, layout and colour instincts.
• Experience designing ad creatives where CTR and conversion mattered. Bring exa
