Avyaan Management Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a skilled MIS Executive with robust expertise in Advanced Excel and data reporting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing large datasets, generating MIS reports, and supporting business operations through accurate data analysis.
Candidates with prior experience in operational reporting and data management will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports
• Analyze operational data and generate insights for management
• Work efficiently with large datasets using Advanced Excel
• Maintain accurate records and update internal databases
• Track key performance metrics and share reports
• Coordinate with different departments for data collection
• Ensure data accuracy and timely submission of reports
Required Skills
• Strong knowledge of Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP,
XLOOKUP, etc.)
• Data analysis and reporting expertise
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Problem-solving and analytical thinking
• Good communication and coordination skills
Eligibility Criteria
• 1–3 years of experience as MIS Executive / Data Analyst
• Experience in data management and reporting
• Ability to handle large datasets efficiently
• Graduate in any discipline (preferred)
