Key Responsibilities:
Manage and support CRM and ERP systems
Installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of Surveillance/CCTV systems
Configure and maintain LAN/WAN networks
Perform Server troubleshooting and maintenance
Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues
Ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations across the organization
Required Skills & Experience:

✅ Hands-on experience with CRM & ERP systems




✅ Knowledge of Surveillance/CCTV systems
✅ Solid understanding of LAN/WAN networking
✅ Experience in Server troubleshooting and maintenance
✅ Good problem-solving and communication skills
