Role Description The Purchase Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Port Blair. The role involves managing the end-to-end purchasing process, including reviewing purchase requisitions, preparing and processing purchase orders, and coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely delivery. The Purchase Executive will monitor inventory levels, negotiate prices and terms with vendors, and maintain accurate records of all procurement activities. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with internal departments to understand material requirements,



resolving discrepancies in orders or invoices, and supporting compliance with company policies and quality standards. The role requires proactive communication, attention to detail, and a focus on cost-effective purchasing.
Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong skills in Purchase Management, including handling Purchase Orders and Purchase Requisitions.
• Candidates should possess solid Procurement skills, including vendor sourcing, price negotiation, and contract coordination.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for working with internal teams and external suppliers.
• Candidates should possess valuable organizational and analytical skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
