Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly analytical focusing on experimentation, search analytics, and product insights.



In this role, you will design and analyze A/B tests, develop meaningful product metrics, and translate complex user-behavior data into actionable recommendations that improve search performance and drive product growth. The ideal candidate combines strong statistical expertise with hands-on analytical skills and thrives in a collaborative workplace. This position is based in our Bangalore office and requires working hours aligned with the PDT time zone.

Job Description:

• Master’s degree in Statistics, Applied Econometrics, Math, Physics, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering or other related core sciences or equivalent.
• 4+ years relevant professional experience.
• Experience with site experimentation (A/B testing).
• You would have to strike a balance between critical thinking and actual hands-on analyses using tools & packages such as SQL, R, Python, Tableau etc.
