Role Description
The Business Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division, responsible for driving new business opportunities and expanding existing client relationships.



Day-to-day activities include identifying and qualifying leads, conducting client meetings and presentations, and understanding customer requirements in areas such as digital transformation, ecommerce, mobile apps, and enterprise solutions. The role involves preparing proposals, coordinating with technical teams to shape solutions, and negotiating contracts to close deals. The Business Development Manager will track market trends, maintain a strong sales pipeline, and provide regular business reports and forecasts. Collaboration with marketing, product, and delivery teams is expected to ensure a consistent client experience and support long-term partnerships.
