We are looking for a creative and driven Marketing Associate to join our agile team. The ideal candidate will support the development and execution of marketing campaigns, assist with content creation, conduct market research, and help maintain our brand’s presence across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns.
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely execution of marketing initiatives.
Manage and update the company’s website and social media platforms.
Create engaging content for email marketing, blogs, social media, and promotional materials.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support marketing strategies.
Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports using tools like Google Analytics, Excel, or CRM systems.
Support event planning and execution (virtual and in-person).
Maintain marketing calendars and ensure project deadlines are met.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
0–2 years of relevant marketing experience or internship.
Familiarity with digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, email marketing platforms, etc.).
Robust communication and organizational skills.
Creative thinker with attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and work in a rapid-paced environment.
Basic knowledge of design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
