1. Performance Marketing Specialist (Google Ads + LinkedIn Ads + Funnels + Analytics)

Experience: 1.5 – 5 years

Role Summary

Own the end-to-end paid acquisition engine for all Byte Elephants SaaS products. Runhigh-converting campaigns, optimize budgets, build landing pages,



and deliver predictable monthly MQLs.

Key Responsibilities

 Run LinkedIn Lead Gen, Sponsored Content, InMail, and retargeting campaigns

 Manage Google Search, Display, Retargeting & Performance Max

 Build & A/B test landing pages (Zoho, Unbounce, Webflow, WP)

 Track performance using GA4, Tag Manager, Hotjar

 Reduce CPL and improve conversion rates

 Integrate leads into CRM workflows & automate nurturing sequences

 Prepare weekly performance dashboards with insights

Ideal Candidate

 Robust analytical mindset

 Hands-on with LinkedIn + Google Ads

 Able to scale budgets responsibly

 Experience in B2B or SaaS preferred
