We are looking for a senior, strategic and result-oriented leader to spearhead Corporate Leasing and Business Development for AIHP's premium managed office spaces and workspace solutions.The ideal candidate should have strong experience in corporate office leasing, managed office spaces, business centers, co-working/flexible workspaces, or commercial workspace solutions, with a proven track record of driving occupancy, revenue growth, client acquisition and strategic business relationships.

Key Responsibilities




• Lead and drive the Corporate Leasing & Business Development function to achieve occupancy and revenue objectives.
• Develop and execute business development strategies for acquiring large corporate and enterprise clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs, corporate decision-makers, IPCs, brokers, channel partners and business consultants.
• Identify and develop new corporate leasing opportunities through networking, referrals, market intelligence and strategic partnerships.
• Understand corporate workspace requirements and develop suitable managed office and flexible workspace solutions.
• Lead high-value client meetings, presentations, property walkthroughs and negotiations.
• Drive commercial proposals, pricing strategies, leasing offers and closure of high-value transactions.
• Lead negotiations on commercial terms, pricing, lease structures and contractual terms in coordination with internal stakeholders.
