Role DescriptionAlfaCall is looking for an experienced International SMS Wholesale Account Manager to join our team on a 100% remote basis.
This role is specifically focused on the international SMS wholesale and A2P messaging business. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing existing wholesale accounts, developing new business opportunities, building relationships with international carriers and aggregators, negotiating commercial terms, and maximizing account profitability.
The Account Manager will work closely with customers and industry partners across different countries and time zones while coordinating with AlfaCall's technical, operations, and finance teams to ensure smooth service delivery, traffic quality, and accurate billing.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who already understands the international SMS wholesale market and can operate independently in a fast-moving, international telecommunications environment.
