Role Description The IPQA (In-Process Quality Assurance) professional is responsible for ensuring that manufacturing processes and products comply with internal quality standards and regulatory requirements. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Una, working closely with production, quality control, and regulatory teams. Day-to-day tasks include line clearance, in-process checks, monitoring critical process parameters, and documenting observations in accordance with SOPs and GMP guidelines. The role also involves reviewing batch manufacturing records, handling deviations,



and supporting investigations and CAPA implementation. The IPQA professional helps drive continuous improvement in quality systems and supports audits and inspections.
Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong knowledge of IPQA practices, GMP, and quality systems in pharmaceutical manufacturing, preferably in oncology and antiviral dosage forms.
• Candidates should possess skills in documentation, batch record review, SOP adherence, and handling deviations, change controls, and CAPA.
• Candidates should possess skills in in-process checks, line clearance, process monitoring, and ensuring compliance across tablets, capsules, injections, and lyophilized products.
• Candidates should possess analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to identify and mitigate quality risks in real time.
