Position: Head- Performance Marketing
Experience: 8+ years (minimum 5 years in a digital agency and leadership experience)

About the role:
We are looking for a Head- Performance Marketing to lead our Paid Media business and drive performance, profitability and growth across client portfolios. The ideal candidate will be an expert in SEM, PPC, Paid Media Planning/Buying and ROI-driven digital marketing, with the ability to combine strategic thinking, analytical expertise and strong people leadership. This is more than a campaign-management role. As the business head for the Performance Marketing division, you will be responsible for driving business numbers, building a high-performing team, identifying new opportunities and keeping the function future-ready and turn Paid Media into a strong growth engine for both our clients and the agency.

Key Responsibilities:

Business & P&L; Management:
• Lead the Performance Marketing business unit with clear revenue, margin and profitability objectives.
• Develop account strategies,



and growth plans aligned with business goals.
• Monitor ROI, campaign profitability and overall account performance.
• Identify potential challenges and red flags proactively and implement corrective measures.

Performance Marketing Strategy:
• Lead SEM/PPC and Paid Media strategies across platforms including Google, Meta, Linkedin and other relevant networks.
• Develop ROI-focused acquisition strategies across search, paid social and other performance channels.
• Analyse campaign performance, traffic, conversions and customer acquisition metrics to continuously improve results.
• Effectively manage and optimise client marketing budgets.

New Business & Pitches:
• Lead the Paid Media component of recent business pitches.
• Conduct audits, identify opportunities and develop compelling media strategies and proposals.
• Partner with internal teams to create integrated digital solutions.
