Role Description The Asset Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Thane. This position is responsible for tracking, organizing, and maintaining IT assets such as desktops, laptops, and servers, including their allocation, movement, and lifecycle status. Daily tasks include updating asset records, coordinating with technicians and vendors, supporting asset-related documentation, and ensuring accurate inventory levels.



The Asset Coordinator will also assist with scheduling asset deployment and retrieval, preparing basic reports, and supporting customer-facing teams with timely information about available and active equipment. This role requires close collaboration with operations and IT support staff to maintain efficient, compliant, and well-documented asset management processes.
