Supply Chain Manager – Raw & Production Materials
Reports to: Procurement Lead
Location : Gurgaon (On Site)

Job purpose
The Supply Chain Manager leads the end-to-end supply of all raw and production materials our UK manufacturing sites need to make finished products. This covers ingredients, packaging and other direct materials, sourced from a global supplier base.
The role makes sure the right materials arrive at the right time, at the right cost and to the agreed specification and quality. It protects continuity of production and on-time delivery of finished goods to our customers. It also delivers our cost, food safety, compliance and sustainability goals.

Key responsibilities
Supplier management and sourcing
• Manage day-to-day relationships with global suppliers of all production materials. These include ingredients (such as commodities, flavours, additives and processing aids), packaging, and consumables used in manufacturing.
• Lead sourcing, tendering and negotiation across all material categories, including commodity-traded ingredients and materials.




• Set supplier performance KPIs (on-time-in-full, quality, lead time, cost) and run regular business reviews.
• Build a resilient supply base through dual sourcing and supplier development, and by assessing supplier risk (financial, geopolitical, climate and crop-related).

Planning and continuity of supply
• Be accountable for uninterrupted supply of all materials to UK production. Avoid line stoppages caused by shortages.
• Run material demand and supply planning with Production Planning and S&OP;, using forecasts and MRP in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Own and deliver a fully automated planning and purchasing process in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (ERP and MRP). This covers master data accuracy (bills of materials, lead times, minimum order quantities, safety stock), MRP-driven purchase orders, supplier scheduling and stock reporting. The aim is to remove manual workarounds and spreadsheets.
