? What You’ll Do
• Source & headhunt candidates through Job Portals, LinkedIn & networking
• Screen, shortlist and coordinate interviews
• Manage multiple technical & non-technical requirements
• Understand client requirements and deliver relevant talent
• Build strong, ready-to-hire talent pipelines
• Manage candidates throughout the hiring journey and ensure a outstanding experience
? What We’re Looking For
• 1-4 years of experience in recruitment
• Strong sourcing & candidate assessment skills
• Good stakeholder management and communication skills
• Hands-on experience with ATS & recruitment tools
• Ability to handle multiple requirements in a fast-paced environment
• A target-driven mindset with strong ownership
Preferred: Candidates from Recruitment Consultancies / Staffing Firms with experience in BFSI, Banking, Finance or NBFC hiring.
