We are looking for experienced Salesforce Developers with strong expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud, Agentforce, Apex, Flows, integrations, and Salesforce Administration.
Mandatory Skills:
• 6+ years of Salesforce development and implementation experience
• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud
• Salesforce Agentforce / AI Agents
• Robust Apex development skills
• Apex Classes, Triggers, Batch Apex and Queueable Apex
• Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Salesforce Flows – Screen, Record-Triggered, Scheduled and Autolaunched Flows
• REST and SOAP integrations
• Salesforce Administration and configuration
• Objects, Fields, Record Types,



Page Layouts and Validation Rules
• Profiles, Permission Sets, Approval Processes, Custom Metadata and Custom Settings
• Service Cloud, Case Management, Queues and Omni-Channel
• REST APIs, Named Credentials, External Credentials and Platform Events
• SQL and SOQL
• Experience with Service Cloud Voice and contact center integrations
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Preferred Skills:
• Agentforce topics, instructions, actions, prompts and grounding/RAG
• Salesforce Data Cloud / Customer 360
• Service Cloud Voice and Omni-Channel
• Salesforce DevOps and CI/CD
• MuleSoft and/or Spring Boot
• Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification
