Roles and Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, validate and maintain AI/ML models for operational automation and business-critical transportation use cases.
• Collect, transform and explore data from disparate sources while assessing data quality, bias and alignment with operational requirements.
• Develop NLP and Retrieval-Augmented Generation solutions that combine language models with enterprise knowledge and customer data.
• Work with domain experts, software engineering teams and external partners to define requirements and industrialize AI solutions on Azure.
• Research and evaluate methods that improve model robustness, explainability, trustworthiness and measurable delivery quality.

Skills Required:
• 12 - 14 years of relevant experience, including substantial experience in data science,



artificial intelligence and machine learning.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Python, NumPy, Pandas, NLP and artificial intelligence/machine learning algorithms.
• Experience architecting and developing AI/ML solutions on Microsoft Azure, including cloud-based application integration.
• Practical experience building Retrieval-Augmented Generation applications and working with up-to-date language-model architectures.
• Ability to translate data science prototypes into reliable software solutions, APIs and production-ready AI services.

Good to Have:
• Experience with Keras, PyTorch, NLU, TensorFlow and OpenAI technologies.

Education: B.Tech or B.Tech-M.Tech dual degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering or a related discipline.
