About the Role
We are seeking a high-caliber Senior / Lead Backend Engineer to design and scale enterprise cloud-native applications. You will be working with a cutting-edge backend stack centered around Java 17+, Spring WebFlux, and Kubernetes.
Key Responsibilities
• Architect, design, and deploy event-driven, reactive microservices using Java 17+ and Spring WebFlux.
• Drive cloud-native software execution using Docker and Kubernetes across public cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP).
• Design, tune, and maintain high-throughput relational (SQL) and document/key-value (NoSQL) database layers.
• Solve complex system bottlenecks, optimize service-to-service communication latency,
and lead system architecture discussions.
Required Qualifications
• Core Language: Solid expertise in modern Java 17+ language features.
• Frameworks: Extensive experience with Spring Boot, Spring WebFlux (reactive programming), and enterprise Microservices architecture.
• Containers & Orchestration: Production experience with Docker and Kubernetes deployments.
• Databases: Advanced hands-on skills with both SQL (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB, Redis, Cassandra).
• Cloud Platform: Demonstrated working knowledge of cloud-native development on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Problem Solving: Excellent analytical, system debugging, and architectural problem-solving capabilities.
