Responsibilities:
· Observe and learn about the implementation and integration of AI-powered solutions into our tech support operations.
· Write content using AI.
· Participate in discussions and research related to AI for tech support.
· Contribute to the development of training materials for AI.
Qualifications:
· Currently pursuing a degree in Tech or any related field.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Detail-oriented with multitasking abilities in a fast-paced setting.
· Eagerness to learn and contribute to a collaborative team.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
