Role Description The Sourcing Team Leader is a full-time, on-site role based in Thane, responsible for leading a team focused on sourcing and attracting high-caliber talent across Lodha’s portfolio. This role oversees the end-to-end sourcing process, including identifying candidate pipelines,
managing outreach, and coordinating closely with recruiters and hiring managers to meet workforce requirements. The Sourcing Team Leader will monitor sourcing performance metrics, optimize channels such as job boards, social media, and professional networks, and ensure alignment with employer branding and talent acquisition strategies. Day-to-day activities include coaching team members, reviewing candidate profiles, maintaining accurate talent databases, and contributing to continuous improvement of hiring processes. The role also involves collaborating with HR and business leaders to anticipate future talent needs and support strategic hiring initiatives.
