Company Description IntegrationPath is a US-based technology company delivering cloud and AI solutions to businesses across the United States. We're expanding our India team and looking for driven sales professionals to help grow our customer base.

Role Overview:
You'll research target accounts, run outbound campaigns, qualify interest, and set up meetings for our US-based sales leadership. This is an early role on a growing team, with a explicit path to advancement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Run outbound outreach to business decision-makers via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
• Research target accounts and identify the right contacts.
• Qualify leads against defined criteria and book meetings for the sales team.
• Follow up on inbound leads promptly.
• Keep accurate records of all activity and pipeline stages in the CRM.
• Work with marketing to refine messaging, email sequences, and call scripts.
• Share prospect feedback and common objections with the team.
• Meet weekly targets for calls, conversations, and qualified meetings booked.





Required Qualifications

• 3–5 years of B2B outbound sales or lead generation experience selling to US customers.
• Excellent spoken and written English with a clear, neutral accent.
• Comfortable with high-volume cold calling and handling objections.
• Experience with a CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho) and sales engagement tools.
• Willingness to work US Eastern hours consistently.
• MBA Graduate degree in any discipline.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience selling technology, SaaS, or IT services to small and mid-sized US businesses.
• Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or ZoomInfo.
• A track record of meeting or exceeding monthly meeting or pipeline targets.
