Job Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end purchase and procurement activities.
• Source raw materials, ingredients, packaging materials, spare parts, and other requirements.
• Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable vendors.
• Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
• Ensure timely availability of materials for production.
• Monitor purchase orders, deliveries, stock levels, and pending requirements.
• Coordinate with Production, Stores, Quality, Accounts, and Management.
• Handle vendor follow-ups and resolve purchase-related issues.
• Maintain proper purchase records and documentation.
Candidate Requirements
• Minimum 7+ years of experience in Purchase/Procurement.
• Experience in Ice Cream, Dairy, FMCG, or Food Manufacturing is preferred.
• Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
• Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and purchase documentation.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Languages: English, Malayalam, Tamil & Hindi.
