Job description:

Job Description Location: Chennai, Coimbatore, Pune, Bengaluru, Greater Noida (GNDC), and Hyderabad.
Core Responsibilities
· Administer and support Oracle databases across production and non-production environments.
· Manage and troubleshoot Oracle RAC, Data Guard, ASM, and Grid Infrastructure.
· Perform SQL and database performance tuning using AWR, ASH, and execution plan analysis.
· Execute backup, recovery, and recovery validation using RMAN.
· Implement Oracle security controls, including access management, TDE, and SQL encryption.
· Perform database and Grid Infrastructure patching and upgrades using OPatch, OPatchAuto, DataPatch, and Release Updates.
· Support database migrations, platform upgrades, refreshes, and cloud transformation initiatives.
· Develop and troubleshoot SQL, PL/SQL, Shell, and automation scripts.
· Support incidents, root cause analysis, change execution, and problem management.
· Maintain runbooks and standards, and drive automation and continuous improvement.

Triaging and resolution of tickets-"Perform initial triage for high priority incident tickets (P2 tickets) which may have an impact across one or more processes and resolve priority incident (P3) tickets within defined SLAs.
Create log of incidents and Document observations and related root causes, to support in evaluation of mitigation measures. "
Resolution of service Requests-Fulfil software/hardware/network service requests within agreed timeline, ensuring timely completion and adherence to SLAs while maintaining quality and accuracy in request handling.
