Job title: Marketing Manager, D2C (E-commerce & Quick-commerce)
Company: VelivoHR (hiring on behalf of a client)
Location: Hyderabad, Telangana (on-site)
Employment type: Full-time
Experience: 8 to 10 years
About the client
VelivoHR is hiring for one of India's leading millet-based snack brands. The company created its category and now sells millions of snack bars every day. It runs its own manufacturing across several states and is backed by institutional investors, with its next funding round underway.
General and contemporary trade built this business. The next phase of growth will come largely from e-commerce and quick-commerce, where the brand is underweight compared with its ambition. The company wants someone who has done this before for a well-known D2C brand. This person should treat these platforms as a business with its own P&L; and gatekeepers, not just a sales channel. The role sits in the Founder's Office and reports directly to the Founder & CEO.
What you will own
• Platform revenue: Own e-commerce and quick-commerce revenue end to end as a P&L;, across Blinkit, Zepto,
Instamart, Amazon, Flipkart, BigBasket and other platforms.
• Platform relationships: Build and manage direct relationships with category managers and the commercial teams who control listing visibility, search ranking and promotional slots.
• Spend allocation: Know what each rupee spent on ads, listings and sponsorships returns. Allocate the budget on evidence.
• Data-led negotiation: Turn platform data into strategy and better commercial terms. This includes search share, conversion, repeat rate and category rank.
• Coordination: Work with the brand's creative and PR agencies so platform marketing stays consistent with brand positioning. You will not own those mandates.
How success is measured
You will be measured on:
• the share of revenue from e-commerce and quick-commerce
• return on platform spend
• search rank and category share
• new platform partnerships opened
• a growth playbook t
