Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the overall Vehicle Finance business across the assigned state.
• Drive business growth by achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for new and used vehicle loans.
• Develop and implement state-level business strategies to increase market share and profitability.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, dealerships, DSAs, channel partners, and key corporate clients.
• Recruit, train, mentor, and manage Regional Managers, Area Managers, Branch Managers, and Sales teams.
• Monitor team performance through regular reviews, coaching, and performance management initiatives.
• Identify new business opportunities, expand the dealer network, and strengthen channel partnerships.
• Ensure high-quality loan sourcing while maintaining portfolio quality and minimizing delinquency.
• Collaborate with Credit, Operations, Risk, and Collections teams to ensure smooth loan processing and timely disbursement.
• Monitor key business metrics such as disbursements, market penetration, productivity, and profitability.




• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and audit guidelines.
• Conduct competitor analysis and recommend strategies to improve business performance.
• Manage state-level budgets, business planning, and forecasting.
• Resolve escalated customer, dealer, and partner issues to ensure excellent service delivery.
• Present periodic business performance reports, sales forecasts, and market insights to senior management.
• Drive customer acquisition, retention, and cross-selling of financial products wherever applicable.
