Key Responsibilities
● Plan, launch, manage, and scale Google App Campaigns (ACe, UAC) across Search, Display, YouTube, and Play Store surfaces.
● Optimize for install volume, user quality (in-app events, retention), and downstream metrics (CPA, ROAS, LTV).
● Build and maintain automated campaign structures using Google Ads scripts, API integrations, and AI-based tools.
● Continuously test and optimize creative formats (video, static, HTML5), targeting cohorts, bidding strategies, and keyword clusters.
● Collaborate with the product and analytics teams to set up and validate conversion tracking, Firebase events, GTM, GA4, and custom app event goals.
● Integrate AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, AdCreative.ai, Copy.ai) for ad creative generation, performance analysis, and competitive intelligence.
● Monitor and scale campaigns based on LTV:CPI ratios, event quality, churn prediction, and cohort ROAS. ● Build detailed performance dashboards using Looker Studio, Sheets automation, or Supermetrics.
● Stay updated with Google Ads platform changes, mobile attribution models (SKAN,



GAID-deprecation), and privacy-first UA best practices.

Key Requirements Core Skills & Experience
● 3–5 years of hands-on experience running Google App Campaigns with measurable results.
● Deep understanding of Google Ads for apps, including creative requirements, bidding models (tCPI, tCPA, Max Conversions), and event-based optimization.
● Proficient in Firebase, GA4, Google Ads Editor, UAC-specific creative testing, and app store analytics.
● Demonstrated ability to scale mobile user acquisition campaigns profitably, managing monthly budgets of $10k+.
● Proven use of automation tools (scripts, APIs, rule-based optimization) and AI for creative or analysis.
