Role Description This is a full time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad for a Dental Eligibility Verification Executive. The role involves verifying patients’ dental insurance eligibility and benefits prior to appointments, using payer portals,



carrier calls, and practice management software. The executive will review coverage details, limitations, waiting periods, and pre-authorization requirements and accurately document this information in the client’s system. Daily tasks include coordinating with dental offices to clarify patient information, resolving eligibility-related issues, and maintaining up-to-date records to support clean claims and timely reimbursement. The role also includes working with other billing team members to ensure accurate verification workflows, adhering to HIPAA and company policies, and meeting productivity and quality targets.
