*Role Description:* The Corporate Communications Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Nagpur.



This role is responsible for developing and executing communication strategies that align with WinWin Training's brand and business goals, including crafting key messages for internal and external stakeholders. Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting and managing press releases, preparing media kits, coordinating interviews and speaking engagements for senior leadership, and maintaining relationships with media outlets. The role also involves overseeing corporate communication channels such as newsletters, website copy, social media messaging, and presentations to ensure consistent and professional brand representation. The Corporate Communications Manager will collaborate closely with leadership, marketing, and training teams to support campaigns, events, and product launches, and will monitor communication outcomes to refine strategy over time.
