About the Role
As a Sales Specialist, you will engage property buyers and industry partners, understand their requirements, and guide them towards suitable properties and EstateSeva services.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Handling enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, meetings and platform demonstrations.
• Qualifying buyers by budget, preferred location,



requirements and buying timeline.
• Coordinating property options, developer discussions and site visits.
• Managing follow-ups, negotiations, bookings and post-sale relationships.
• Maintaining accurate lead records and next steps in the CRM.
• Supporting client onboarding and explaining platform tools.
• Sharing customer feedback with marketing and product teams.

What We’re Looking For
• Strong communication, customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to prospect, negotiate and close through consultative selling.
• Consistent follow-up, ownership and comfort working towards defined targets.
• Familiarity with CRM tools, basic data analysis and client presentations.
• Real-estate, financial-services or technology-platform sales experience preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in New Delhi.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field—or equivalent practi
