Role Description The Service Manager Mutual Fund role is a full-time, on-site position based in Rohini. In this role, the Service Manager will oversee end-to-end client servicing for mutual fund investors, including handling queries, processing transactions, and coordinating account-related documentation. The role involves monitoring client portfolios, ensuring accurate and timely execution of switches, redemptions, SIP registrations, and other service requests.
The Service Manager will maintain robust communication with clients, distributors, and internal teams to provide clear updates, resolve issues, and support financial planning discussions. This position also includes maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements, updating records and reports, and contributing to process improvements that enhance the client experience.
Qualifications
• Strong client servicing and relationship management skills, with the ability to handle queries, follow up on requests, and maintain high service standards.
• Knowledge of mutual funds, capital markets, and basic financial planning concepts, including SIPs, redemptions, switches, and portfolio review.
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel), CRM or back-office systems, and accurate data entry and documentation practices.
• Attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills to man
