Role Summary
The AI & Automation SME will design, develop, and implement AI-driven and automation solutions to improve MDM operations, data stewardship activities, support processes, and overall operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop AI-powered solutions for MDM operations and support processes.
• Identify automation opportunities across data management workflows.
• Design intelligent monitoring and alerting frameworks.
• Implement GenAI, ML, and NLP-based use cases for data quality and stewardship.
• Build automated incident resolution and recommendation engines.
• Develop dashboards and analytics for operational insights.
• Collaborate with MDM, CDI, and CDQ teams to improve productivity.




• Drive innovation initiatives related to data management automation.

Required Skills
• Hands-on experience in AI, Machine Learning, and Automation solutions.
• Experience building GenAI-based enterprise applications.
• Knowledge of MDM processes and data management lifecycle.
• Experience with Python, APIs, workflow automation, and cloud platforms.
• Solid analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Preferred Skills
• Experience with Informatica CLAIRE AI.
• Knowledge of Informatica MDM, CDI, and CDQ.
• Experience with Azure AI, OpenAI, Copilot, or similar AI platforms.
• Experience building intelligent data stewardship or data quality solutions.
