Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Account Executive role based in Mumbai. The Account Executive will manage end-to-end customer acquisition and relationship activities, including prospecting, pitching Askrupee’s lending solutions, and guiding applicants through the loan process.



Responsibilities include understanding customer needs, explaining product features and eligibility criteria, collecting and verifying necessary documentation, and coordinating with internal credit and operations teams to ensure smooth approvals and disbursements. The role also involves tracking sales pipelines, meeting assigned targets, providing post-disbursement support, and sharing market feedback with product and leadership teams to improve offerings. The Account Executive is expected to maintain accurate records in CRM tools, uphold regulatory and compliance standards, and represent Askrupee professionally in all client interactions.
Qualifications
• B.Com / M.Com or degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Good practical knowledge of Tally and MS Excel.
• Robust understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
