Role overview

You will keep HR operations running smoothly and make Scimplify an engaging place to work. The role covers the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding paperwork to exit formalities, along with the events, sports and recognition programmes that shape our culture.





You will be the first point of contact for employee queries and the person who keeps HR records, dashboards and statutory coordination accurate. The goal is a structured, employee-centric workplace with efficient HR operations, controlled costs and full process compliance.

Key responsibilities

HR operations

• Manage employee documentation, onboarding and offboarding from offer acceptance to full and final settlement.
• Keep employee records complete and current across the employee lifecycle, including confirmations, transfers and exits.

Employee engagement

• Plan and run monthly engagement initiatives, celebrations and employee-connect activities.
• Track participation and feedback, and use it to improve the next activity.

Events and celebrations

• Organise annual events, festivals, Foundation Day, town halls, team outings and office parties.
