Education Qualification- Graduate.

Experience: 3-5 years in the freight forwarding company.

Roles and Responsibilities:

· Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for overseas agents and ensure smooth shipment operations.
· Shipment Management: Oversee booking, tracking, and delivery of shipments. Ensure timely updates and resolve issues.
· Documentation:



Prepare and verify export/import documents (e.g., Bill of Lading, customs paperwork).
· Client Relations: Communicate shipment status to clients and address any concerns.
· Vendor Relations: Manage relationships with overseas partners, shipping lines, and other third-party vendors.
· Cost Control: Negotiate freight rates and optimize shipping methods for cost-efficiency.
· Reporting: Maintain accurate records and provide regular shipment updates to management.
