System Support Executive
We are looking for a System Support Executive with 1–3 years of relevant experience in IT Support, Desktop Support, System Administration, or Helpdesk Operations.
The role involves providing day-to-day technical support and ensuring the smooth functioning of desktops, laptops, printers, software applications, network connectivity, and other IT systems.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on firewall, troubleshooting experience, robust problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a rotational shift environment.
This is a 100% on-site position based in Aundh, Pune, Maharashtra.

Responsibilities
• Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, operating system, and basic network-related issues.
• Install, configure, update, and maintain Windows, Linux, and Mac operating systems.
• Support LAN, WAN, and Wi-Fi connectivity.
• Create and manage user accounts, passwords, and access permissions through Active Directory.
• Provide basic support for Sophos Firewall, rules,



and policies.
• Assist with system upgrades, patches, software installations, and security updates.
• Provide support for Microsoft Office, design software, and other business applications.
• Respond to helpdesk tickets and resolve employees queries efficiently.
• Maintain IT asset records, documentation, and support logs.
• Coordinate with vendors for hardware, software, and maintenance-related issues.
• Ensure timely resolution of technical issues and minimize disruption to daily operations.

Must have
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in IT Support, Desktop Support, System Support, or Helpdesk roles.
• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience in hardware and software troubleshooting.
• Basic knowledge of networking, including LAN, WAN, and Wi-Fi.
• Working knowledge of Active Directory and basic firewall concepts.
