As we scale our digital platforms and physical distribution network nationwide, we are hiring an ROI-driven Head of Marketing to shape our brand strategy, build scalable client acquisition engines, and lead market expansion across retail, HNI, and institutional segments.

Executive Summary

The Head of Marketing will serve as a core commercial leader driving brand equity, client acquisition, and digital growth across PhillipCapital India’s retail, wealth, and institutional verticals.

Managing an integrated, multi-channel marketing function across B2C, B2B, and HNI channels,



this role holds direct accountability for brand authority, pipeline generation, client lifecycle management (LTV/CAC), and performance marketing ROI.

Core Responsibilities

1. Brand Strategy & Market Positioning

Build and evolve the brand strategy across retail, wealth, PMS, and institutional lines while enforcing brand governance across all touchpoints.
Establish brand tracking systems to benchmark recall, trust, and domain authority against domestic financial competitors.
2. Growth Strategy & Client Acquisition

Design acquisition funnels across mobile and web platforms to drive demat openings, PMS/Wealth AUM, and institutional leads.
Align marketing efforts with market cycles and product launches while tracking lead quality, CPA, and LTV.
3. Performance Marketing & Digital Channels

Lead paid media strategy across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, YouTube, and programmatic channels with accountability for CAC, CPL, and ROAS.
