We are looking for a SD Stays Executive to join our Jalandhar office and support the smooth remote operation of our San Diego properties.
Role OverviewThe SD Stays Executive will be responsible for supporting the company's Airbnb and short-term rental operations remotely from India. The candidate will coordinate with guests, property teams, vendors, and internal management to ensure that San Diego properties operate efficiently and guests receive a high-quality experience.
The role requires robust communication skills,



attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and the flexibility to work during US/San Diego business hours and night shifts in India.
Key Responsibilities1. Airbnb & Booking Operations• Manage and monitor Airbnb and other short-term rental booking platforms.
• Monitor new reservations, cancellations, modifications, and guest requests.
• Ensure property calendars and availability are updated accurately.
• Assist with managing check-in and check-out information.
• Monitor booking details and ensure all required guest information is properly recorded.
• Identify booking-related issues and escalate them to management when required.

2. Guest Communication• Respond to guest inquiries through Airbnb, email, phone, SMS, or other communication platforms.
• Provide guests with accurate information regarding properties, check-in, check-out, parking, house rules, amenities, and local requirements.
