Role Description This is a remote volunteer role for a Risk Management Specialist at Outcome School. The Risk Management Specialist will help identify, assess, and monitor strategic,



operational, financial, and compliance risks related to the school’s programs and partnerships. Typical activities include conducting risk analyses for recent initiatives, reviewing policies and processes for potential vulnerabilities, and recommending controls or mitigation strategies. The specialist will collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to develop and refine an enterprise risk management framework that supports sustainable program growth. The role may also involve preparing risk reports, supporting stakeholder communications, and advising on best practices to ensure responsible and resilient expansion of Outcome School’s mission.
