Role Description
The Business Development Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with institutional and corporate clients, and promoting Teknowgrade’s learning solutions to relevant market segments. Daily activities include prospecting and outreach, conducting client meetings and presentations, understanding client needs,



and collaborating with internal teams to tailor solutions and proposals. The specialist will track sales pipelines, prepare reports, and support marketing initiatives such as campaigns, events, and partnerships to drive growth.
Qualifications
• Strong business development and sales skills, including lead generation, client relationship management, and negotiation.
• Experience in education technology, training services, or professional learning solutions is highly beneficial.
• Ability to conduct market research, analyze trends, and identify current segments and partnership opportunities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the capacity to explain complex offerings clearly and persuasively.
• Proficiency with CRM tools, productivity software, and online collaboration platforms.
