Who Are We Looking For?
We are looking for a detail-oriented Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) QA Engineer with hands-on experience in testing enterprise eCommerce applications. The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in functional testing, integration testing, API validation, and end-to-end testing within Salesforce Commerce Cloud environments.
You will work closely with Developers, Business Analysts, Product Owners, and cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality releases while maintaining an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) applications.




• Perform Functional Testing, Regression Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and End-to-End (E2E) Testing.
• Validate core eCommerce functionalities including:
• Product Catalog
• Search & Navigation
• Shopping Cart
• Checkout
• Pricing & Promotions
• Customer Accounts
• Order Management
• Test integrations with Salesforce CRM, Payment Gateways, Tax Services, Order Management Systems (OMS), ERP systems, and other third-party applications.
• Collaborate with development teams to identify, troubleshoot, document, and resolve application defects.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Create and maintain test documentation, defect reports, test execution reports, and Requirement Traceability Matrices (RTMs).
